A well-established, self-performing General Contractor is seeking a skilled Estimator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality work across commercial and public works projects.What You'll Do:Prepare detailed estimates and competitive bids for commercial and public works projectsAnalyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimatesCollaborate with project managers, field staff, and the leadership team to ensure accuracy and alignment with execution strategyConduct quantity take-offs using Bluebeam and ExcelCommunicate clearly and effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teamsMaintain organized and up-to-date documentation for all bids and proposalsSupport value engineering and alternate solutions when applicableWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of estimating experience in commercial and/or public works constructionProficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel is requiredStrong understanding of construction documents, scopes of work, and bid proceduresExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative teamComfortable working in-office full time, Monday through Friday
