They continue to evolve and grow while maintaining a people-first culture and a strong sense of mission.Role OverviewThe Project Manager will take full ownership of assigned construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. This role offers an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful projects that impact the local landscape. The position is onsite and not remote, offering hands-on leadership from the company's headquarters.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate all project activities, resources, and stakeholders to meet project goalsReview project plans and evaluate time frames, budget constraints, and resource allocationLead procurement efforts including negotiating and purchasing all required materials and servicesManage subcontracts and purchase orders and ensure documentation is completed on timeHandle change requests and change orders with owners and internal teamsDefine project scope with subcontractors and assign duties accordinglyDirect project personnel and subcontractors to maintain project timelines and budgetsPrepare and present detailed project reports to management and clientsProvide technical support and resolve issues across all phases of the projectCoordinate with regulatory and government agencies as neededFoster and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendorsQualifications & CompetenciesBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferredMinimum of 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on workStrong ability to lead, organize, and communicate within complex project environmentsSkilled in financial and legal document interpretationExperienced in managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing prioritiesProficient in solving problems with limited standardization and using sound judgmentAbility to work in physically demanding construction environments (e.g., climbing, kneeling, lifting 25+ lbs)Key Competencies Include:Problem SolvingClear and Effective CommunicationCustomer FocusLeadership and Team ManagementGoal Orientation and AccountabilityStrong Planning and Organizational SkillsKnowledge of Construction Job Cost AccountingBenefitsThe company offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes:Competitive salaryProfessional growth and development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentLong-standing organizational stability and career longevityHow to ApplyThe Source and Recruit Company has been exclusively retained to manage this search.
