Endless Health will help you launch your own longevity-focused micro-practice in about a week, with modern tech running the back office so you can practice medicine the new-old way: time, depth, continuityWhat you'll doOwn and lead a physician-led micro-practice serving the community you know best (e.g., Latino, South Asian, Chinese communities or others you're culturally competent with).Deliver a $150/month subscription model20–30 minutes of clinician time per patient per month, 24-hour response, and basic labs included via EndlessDX.Practice comprehensive primary care with a longevity lensacute care + recovery + prevention, integrated with dietetics, behavioral health, and PT.Build and steward a 200–250 patient panel, nurturing long-term relationships and measurable outcomes.Co-create your clinic's unique value proposition, care protocols, and content—what you want your practice to be known for.Uphold clinical quality, documentation, and compliance standards; leverage our EMR, intake automations, and analytics to continuously improve.What you'll bringMD or DO with active, unrestricted license in TX (or intention to obtain within a month).
