Come join our young, driven and creative team in a small-but-mighty company!About you:You have experience with direct-to-consumer brands and e-commerce sales channels such as Amazon and Walmart. You are passionate about growing the business and seeing your impact on our brand. You will join a dynamic and fast -paced environment and participate in the strategy, planning, and execution of the overall sales strategy and growth for all sales channels.Duties / Responsibilities:Managing, maintaining, expanding relationships with various sales channelsEvaluating sales performance in different sales channels and recommending improvementsManaging sales activities (promotional events) with partners to generate revenueDevelop positive working relationship with partners to build businessStay current with latest developments in marketplaces and competitor activitiesCommunicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partnersDevelop process improvements to optimize partner management activitiesWork with partners to develop sales proposals, quotations, and pricingsAssist in partner marketing activities, such as campaigns and other promotional activitiesQualifications:Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university in Business Management or similar fieldAt least 1-2 years of experience with Business Operations/Development, E-commerce Operations, or related rolesUnderstanding of product life cycle and consumer behaviorSolid business acumen that drives logical operational decisionsExcellent communication, analytical, conflict resolution and critical thinking skillsExceptional time management to meet deadlines and goals, efficiently prioritizesEager and willing to learn and deeply understand the needs of the businessHigh potential to grow and develop lasting skills within the companyTakes initiative even in uncertainty, able to work independently and with limited supervision This position is full-time and on-site working from our office in San Diego, California.2Go Products, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values diversity.
