Wholesale Operations Coordinator

Our client in the apparel industry is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Wholesale Operations Coordinator to join their team as soon as possible for a 6-month duration. This role is essential in supporting wholesale operations and will serve as a key liaison between merchandising, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure the right product is available to meet customer demand.The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior wholesale experience is a plus, but not required.Key Responsibilities:Track purchase orders (POs) to ensure accuracy and alignment with demand plansMonitor inbound product flow to confirm timely arrivals and correct quantitiesPartner with merchandising and supply chain teams to identify and resolve product availability issuesCommunicate shortages or delays to sales teams to help secure extensions or alternate solutionsSupport reporting, data tracking, and process improvements to drive operational efficiencyCollaborate cross-functionally to maintain alignment across teams and timelinesQualifications:Preferably based in Los Angeles, CAStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools; ability to analyze and manipulate data with easeExcellent communication and project management skillsAbility to work independently while balancing multiple priorities Wholesale or merchandising experience is a plus, but not requiredSchedule: 30-40 hours/weekLocation: Vernon, CA hybrid (3 days onsite preferred, flexible)Pay Rate: up to $28/hour
