This role is ideal for a designer who has a strong eye for detail, enjoys switching between brand aesthetics, and wants to grow their digital skillset while supporting a wide range of consumer brands. What You Will DoAs a Junior Digital Designer at Monolith Brands, your core focus will be creating engaging email layouts and templates that align with the visual identity of the various brands in our portfolio, driving results and maintaining brand consistency. In addition to email, you'll support the creative team with a variety of digital projects, from social graphics to e-commerce assets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Social Media, and E-commerce to produce engaging graphics and other multimedia assets that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.Email Design (Core Focus):Design marketing emails and newsletters for multiple brands, ensuring layouts are visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for both desktop and mobile.Collaborate with marketing teams to translate campaign objectives into effective email creative.Prepare final files and templates for deployment, maintaining consistency across sends.Additional Digital Design (Secondary):Create supporting digital assets such as social graphics, display ads, and e-commerce visuals.Assist with creative needs for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.Apply brand guidelines across all creative to ensure a polished, professional look.Collaboration & Production:Work closely with brand managers and creative leadership to deliver assets on time.Prepare accurate, production-ready files and QA creative before launch.Creative Growth:Stay curious about design trends, especially in email and digital marketing.Apply feedback from senior team members to continually refine and expand your skills.What You Will Bring1-2 years of professional design experience (internship or agency experience considered)Bachelor's in Graphic Design or equivalent experiencePortfolio that highlights strong digital design workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus) and FigmaFamiliarity with email design best practices (responsive layouts, accessibility, visual hierarchy)Ability to balance creativity with consistency across multiple brand identitiesStrong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.Bonus: experience working with ESPs (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) or email template systemsWhat You Will ReceiveCompetitive Salary ($55,000 - $60,000)Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance availableLife Insurance, Short-term Disability and Long-term Disability available401k Retirement PlanFlexible PTOEAP (Employee Resources Program)Employee Discounts up to 50%
