We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent with a strong background in managing municipal infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for a construction professional with deep experience in earthwork, underground utilities, lift stations, pump stations, paving, and other civil scopes. The Superintendent will oversee field operations, ensure safety and quality standards, and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and city officials.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise daily field operations for infrastructure projects across HoustonManage crews and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution of workCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to meet project specifications and schedulesMonitor safety compliance and implement corrective actions as neededMaintain accurate documentation including daily reports, schedules, and progress trackingResolve field issues and proactively manage risks and delaysEnsure compliance with city codes, environmental regulations, and contract requirementsQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, specifically in city infrastructure projectsProven expertise in dirt work, utilities, lift/pump stations, paving, and related scopesStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsOSHA certification and familiarity with Houston permitting processes preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary: $115,000 - $145,000, based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysVehicle allowance or company truckApply for more information!
