Position: Senior Superintendent - Hyperscale Data CenterLocation: Indianapolis, IN (On-Site)Company: Top 25 General ContractorA nationally ranked general contractor is hiring a proven Senior Superintendent to lead the field execution of a flagship hyperscale data center project in Indianapolis. This long-term, high-impact role is ideal for a senior-level leader with deep experience in mission-critical construction and fast-paced, high-complexity environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead all site-level construction activities from groundbreaking to commissioningDirect field teams, foremen, and subcontractors across all disciplinesManage scheduling, logistics, and execution of structural, architectural, and MEP scopesEnforce jobsite safety, quality, and adherence to hyperscale client standardsServe as the primary site lead and point of contact for owners, consultants, and trade partnersOversee inspections, documentation, progress reporting, and issue resolutionCollaborate with project management and commissioning teams to ensure project milestones and turnover targets are metMentor junior superintendents and field engineersRequired Skills & Experience:12-15+ years of commercial construction experience, with 5+ years in mission-critical/data center projectsProven success delivering $100M+ projects as the lead field executiveDeep knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, and critical infrastructure coordinationExceptional leadership and communication skillsSkilled in project planning, risk mitigation, and real-time problem solvingProficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera/MS Project)Preferred Qualifications:OSHA 30 certification requiredExperience with hyperscale clients (Meta, AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.)Strong background managing high-performance teams on fast-track projectsWilling and able to be on-site full-time in Indianapolis for the duration of this long-term build
