Our collaborative culture and innovative approach make us a great place to launch your construction career.Position Summary:CORE Builders offers internship opportunities across three key areas of construction operations:Project Engineer Intern - Office-based support for project management and coordinationField Engineer Intern - On-site support for construction activities and field operationsPreconstruction/Estimator Intern - Office-based support for estimating and preconstruction planningInterns will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world construction processes. You'll work alongside experienced professionals and contribute meaningfully to active projects.Responsibilities by role:Project Engineer InternAssist with submittals, RFIs, and document control using ProcoreSupport coordination meetings and redline plansHelp prepare exhibits and update project bindersTake progress photos and assist with communication between field and office teamsField Engineer InternTrack subcontractor progress and participate in site walksSupport safety documentation and SWPPP monitoringAssist with field documentation and redlining plansUpload documents and provide daily field updatesPreconstruction/Estimator InternAssist with conceptual budgeting and bid scope developmentSupport subcontractor bidding, evaluations, and proposal preparationHelp prepare baseline schedules and cost estimates using OSTParticipate in design reviews and change management processesCollaborate with Marketing and project teams on presentationsQualifications:Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to read and understand construction documentsComfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and BluebeamSelf-starter with a willingness to learn and contributeAnticipated Hourly Rate:$30.00 per hourEqual Opportunity EmployerCORE Builders is an equal opportunity employer.
