This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to support and improve critical systems that drive manufacturing and logistics operations. Responsibilities:PrimaryMaintaining manufacturing equipment functionalities using Ladder Logic. Support handheld scanner and label printer integrations across warehouse and productionAdminister ERP, WMS, and MRP systems (knowledge of systems like Acumatica, NetSuite, or SAP Business One preferred)Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, firewalls, switches, and routers)SecondaryProvide desktop, server, and application support for on-site and remote usersDevelop and maintain IT documentation and asset trackingManage hardware lifecycles (desktops, laptops, servers, tablets, etc.)Oversee data backup, cybersecurity monitoring, and disaster recovery protocolsLead small-scale IT projects and collaborate with operations, warehouse, vendors and admin departmentsQualifications:Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field1-3 years of programing experience, preferably in a Ladder Logic or Other acceptable languages including but not limited to Python, Java, JavaScript, C++. 1-3 years of IT support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environmentExperience supporting ERP or WMS platforms (Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, Fishbowl, Manhattan etc.)Familiarity with barcode scanning, label printers, Ladder logic, programming and industrial PCs is a plusStrong understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking fundamentalsDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and resolve technical issues independentlyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAble to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams What We Offer:Competitive salary and bonus opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysA collaborative, down-to-earth company cultureA chance to make a direct impact on daily operations and growth
