SkinPerfected is seeking a highly motivated Aesthetic Injector to join our collaborative and forward-thinking team.In this role, you'll provide expert consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and perform advanced aesthetic procedures, all while supporting our mission of delivering safe, effective, and naturally beautiful results. You'll be an integral part of a patient-centered journey that emphasizes education, results, and an exceptional experience.What You'll Do:Conduct Good Faith Exams and comprehensive aesthetic consultationsDevelop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our Skincare SpecialistPerform injectable and device-based treatments, including Neuromodulators, HA Fillers, Biostimulators and SylfirmXManage patient follow-up and complication careRe-consult patients throughout their journey for continued optimal outcomesDocumentation & ComplianceDocument all visits and treatments in Nextech EMR (completed daily)Maintain accurate product usage logs (unit counts, lot numbers, etc.)Participate in quarterly chart reviews with our Medical DirectorTeamwork & Clinic FlowSupport daily operations by assisting with phones and patient inquiriesContribute to team meetings, treatment planning, and practice growth initiativesCollaborate with our MedSpa Director on new treatment ideas and clinical developmentMarketing & Social Media PresenceAttend community events to increase brand awarenessMaintain a professional presence on social media (posting 3x/week minimum)Create educational and engaging content for Instagram and other social media platformsParticipate in marketing strategy meetings and bring fresh, creative ideasCulture & ProfessionalismEmbody and uphold SkinPerfected's values and Cultural ManifestoFoster a positive, fun, and respectful environment with patients and colleaguesBe punctual, patient-focused, and solutions-orientedEducation & GrowthStay up-to-date on best practices, innovations, and safety standardsAttend a minimum of one aesthetic-related conference annually and share insights with the teamThe Right Fit:Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate in good standing (we are not accepting RN's at this time)Authorized to prescribe per state requirementsExperienced in (prefer two years+ experience) and highly passionate about medical aesthetics and also skilled in patient communication, education, and treatment planningConfident on camera and comfortable engaging via social media platformsA quick learner with problem-solving and critical thinking skills - someone who takes the initiative to figure out what needs to be done through creativity and flexibilityCustomer-service oriented with ability to quickly establish rapport with patientsObsessively motivated, reliable, and resourceful and extremely passionate about the aesthetic medical specialty.Superior organizational skills, follow-through skills and attention to detailExcellent sales & consultative skills with the ability to upsell by adding value for patientsEMR savvy (experience with NexTech is a plus; training available)A lifelong learner committed to growth and personal excellenceYou Are NOT The Right Fit:If you are planning on opening your own clinic in the next two years.If you cannot work well with a team without friction or drama; we are a toxic-free, drama-free environment and teamwork is important.
