We are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for a high-profile manufacturing facility project in Columbus, OHPosition Overview:The Superintendent will be the on-site leader responsible for overseeing all field operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will coordinate all trades, enforce quality standards, and act as the primary liaison between the field and project management teams.Key Responsibilities:Manage all on-site construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety, and quality control.Lead daily job site meetings, safety briefings, and work planning sessions.Ensure compliance with company safety programs and OSHA standards.Monitor project progress against schedule and report updates to the Project Manager.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project controls to maintain seamless operations.Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, inspections, and logs.Proactively resolve field issues and conflicts to avoid delays or rework.Uphold site cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at all times.Requirements:5+ years of superintendent or field leadership experience on industrial construction projects.Experience overseeing large-scale manufacturing, processing, or distribution facility builds.Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and site logistics.Proven leadership and communication skills working with trades, vendors, and project stakeholders.Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).Ability to interpret construction drawings, specs, and submittals.Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to project demands.What We Offer:Competitive salary and project-based bonus structureFull benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k)Per diem and travel assistance, if applicableProfessional development and training programsA company culture rooted in safety, integrity, and performance
