The role is located in North Easton, MA, with some work from home acceptable. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, handling employee benefits, administering benefits, and overseeing various HR management tasks. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations, and maintaining a positive working environment.QualificationsExperience in Benefits, Human Resources (HR) and HR ManagementKnowledge of HR PoliciesSkills in Employee Benefits and Benefits AdministrationExperience in M&A; Mergers and AcquisitionsExperience with ADP, BCBS benefits and NetSuiteExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamStrong Microsoft skills, spreadsheets, excel & compensation skillsSpanish and or Portuguese language skills a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in the pool services or backyard leisure industry is a plusPrefer experience with ADP, BCBS and generalist activities
