Position OverviewUltimate Staffing is seeking a dedicated Bilingual HR Coordinator to join their client's team in San Diego, CA. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently handle HR-related tasks, ensuring a smooth operation within the department. The Bilingual HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and contributing to a positive employee experience. Must have bilingual fluency in English and Spanish Pay Rate: $26 to $28 per hourLocation: Full-time, onsite in San Diego, CASchedule: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PMResponsibilitiesManage onboarding paperwork, including data entry, reference checks, and compliance with I-9 documents.Assist with compiling timecard information for payroll processing.Arrange meetings, compile reports, compose letters/VOEs, and handle special projects as directed.Handle a high volume of inbound telephone calls and emails.Administer benefits and open enrollment processes.Support all onboarding functions to ensure a positive HR experience for employees.Address employee issues with a positive and supportive approach.Assist with internal and external job movements, including job postings and new hire packets.Update and maintain job descriptions and assist with employee relations tasks.Develop and implement HR best practices and direct FMLA, ADA, and disability workers' compensation inquiries.Requirements5+ years of experience in an HR roleBilingual fluency in English and SpanishExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
