What You'll Do:Lead and mentor a team of Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents.Manage all phases of construction"”from preconstruction planning and client proposals to final close-out and warranty.Own project budgets, schedules, and profitability.Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and guide them through the development process.Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance across all job sites.??
