Senior Construction Project Manager

Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Construction (OSHPD/HCAI) with Project Executive career advancement. Hybrid in office and onsite for projects throughout Los Angeles. Location: Pasadena/LACompensation: $150,000 - $180,000+ annually, plus full benefits and performance bonusOverviewWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in OSHPD/HCAI healthcare projects. This is a key leadership role with clear advancement opportunities into Project Executive for the right individual. We are also open to considering experienced Project Managers who are ready to step up into a Senior Project Manager position.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with OSHPD/HCAI requirementsManage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and resources while maintaining high quality and compliance standardsServe as primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycleOversee and mentor project teams including Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and SuperintendentsAnticipate and resolve potential issues to maintain smooth project delivery and client satisfactionCollaborate with executives and senior leadership to drive business goals, project strategy, and future growth opportunitiesQualificationsMinimum 7+ years of progressive project management experience with a General ContractorDemonstrated success managing OSHPD/HCAI regulated healthcare projectsProven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong client relationshipsExperience leading teams and mentoring junior staffStrong understanding of contracts, scheduling, and construction technology platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsCareer Path This position is designed for advancement.
