We are proud of our reputation for integrity and the quality of our team, designs, drawings, specifications, details, service, and the furnishings we deliver. Design Project ManagerBroad Avenue is an established luxury boutique interior design firm in Naples, Florida looking for a detail-driven Design Manager/ Project Manager to keep our projects running smoothly from proposal to installation.This is not a design role "” it's about organization, follow-through, and making sure every detail is accounted for. Position Description:Gathering pricing & preparing client proposalsOrdering and tracking furniture, fabrics & finishesManaging spreadsheets and keeping records accurateFollowing up with vendors and manufacturers (lead times, finishes, missing items)Overseeing final close-out after installs (replacements, repairs, missing items)Coordinating deliveries and managing inventoryThis is a part-time position, 25-30 hours a week that could lead into a full time position. Hourly rate is $30 to $35.00 per hour.
