We are seeking a Warranty & Construction Field Coordinator to support both homeowners and our construction team by managing warranty requests, overseeing site materials, and ensuring accountability across all build sites.Position SummaryThe Warranty & Construction Field Coordinator ensures that warranty claims are handled promptly and professionally while also managing materials and field coordination across all active construction sites. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and a dependable truck for daily site visits.Key ResponsibilitiesWarranty ManagementAct as the main point of contact for homeowner warranty claims.Track, document, and follow up on warranty requests until completion.Coordinate repairs with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.Materials & Inventory ManagementMonitor and track material deliveries and usage across all job sites.Reposition leftover materials to maximize efficiency and minimize waste or theft.Ensure crews and subcontractors are accountable for material use.Field & Site CoordinationConduct regular site visits to all job sites to inspect progress, verify warranty work, and check material accountability.Audit sites to ensure company quality standards, safety, and policies are followed.Provide updates and reports to leadership on warranty and construction progress.Customer ServiceCommunicate clearly with homeowners about warranty coverage, repair timelines, and expectations.Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism on-site.QualificationsRequired:Valid driver's license and reliable truck for field travel.Strong customer service and communication skills.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.Basic knowledge of construction materials and residential systems.Strong organizational and accountability skills.Preferred:1-3 years of experience with a new home builder in warranty, construction, or field coordination.Familiarity with construction inventory and site accountability.Why Join ICONIQ Homes?Competitive salary: $40,000 - $60,000 DOEOpportunity to grow with a fast-expanding builder.A dynamic role blending warranty, field coordination, and materials management.Be part of a team dedicated to quality, efficiency, and homeowner satisfaction.How to Apply: Submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your warranty, construction, or field experience.
