We are seeking a talented Resident Coordinator who wants to works at a fast paced and growing real estate company.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Resident Coordinator located in West Palm Beach, Florida. The Resident Coordinator will be responsible for managing resident communications, coordinating property leases, facilitating move-ins and move-outs, overseeing maintenance requests, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction, analyzing property performance, implementing asset management strategies, oversight of capital improvements, and management of bill pay processes.QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience in customer service and resident relationsBasic knowledge of property management and leasing processesProficiency in using property management softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented with problem-solving abilitiesRelevant experience in real estate or property management is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
