The Event Assistant will assist in the planning and execution of events, provide excellent customer service, up-sell clients products and services at events and ensure effective communication among team members and clients. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, handling setup and teardown, product and service offering/selling and maintaining organizational details for each event.QualificationsStrong Customer Service skills and excellent Communication abilitiesEvent Planning and Event Management experienceExceptional Organization SkillsSupport the sales teamAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentFlexible and adaptable to changing event needsBachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, or a related field is a plusExperience in experiential marketing or related field is beneficial
