Leasing Coordinator - Commercial Real EstateWest Hollywood, CA (On-site) | Pay Rate: $25Are you an organized, energetic professional with a passion for commercial real estate? We're looking for a Leasing Coordinator to join our team and support property operations with precision, professionalism, and a positive attitude.What You'll Do:Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements, amendments, and renewals"”ensuring all documents are accurate and compliant.Serve as the primary contact for lease-related inquiries, providing clear information and coordinating responses to tenant needs.Track critical lease dates, including renewals, expirations, and rent escalations, to ensure timely action.Assist with property inspections, move-outs, and event planning to enhance tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.Support acquisitions, dispositions, and compliance efforts through research and due diligence documentation.What We're Looking For:3+ years in commercial property management or lease coordination.Familiarity with lease types (gross, net) and commercial real estate terminology.Proficiency in property management software (Yardi Voyager, Salesforce, Costar/Loopnet, Microsoft Office).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Knowledge of the Los Angeles commercial real estate market is a plus.Benefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
