OverviewThe MVC GROUP, is a producer of high quality, technical multi-sport, outdoor and cycling clothing under the Castelli, Zoot Sports, Karpos and Sportful brands.The ERP Manager for the US branch is responsible for the integration, implementation, and maintenance of the company's ERP system, ensuring alignment with business processes and strategic objectives. This role is instrumental in overseeing the full ERP lifecycle, from initial deployment to ongoing optimization. The ERP Manager will lead and coordinate the implementation of the new Group ERP system, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and standards set by the headquarters. Additionally, the ERP Manager will provide leadership to internal and external ERP specialists, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes.Key Responsibilities:ERP Implementation and Management:Lead the deployment of the new ERP system in the US branch, ensuring alignment with Group guidelines.Work closely with HQ to ensure standardization and compliance with global ERP policies and best practices.Plan and manage ERP implementation phases, from initial assessment to full-scale deployment and post-go-live support.Develop and maintain ERP system documentation, including manuals and best practices.Oversee and ensure system integration with other enterprise applications (BI, WMS, PLM, etc.).Collaborate with IT teams to manage security, updates, and system performance.Stakeholder and Change Management:Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, IT teams, and end-users, to ensure ERP system adoption and effectiveness.Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and key milestones.Develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring a smooth transition for all users.Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance user adoption and system efficiency.Budget and Risk Management:Define and manage the ERP project budget, tracking costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Identify potential risks in ERP implementation and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with company policies, data security protocols, and regulatory requirements.Technical Support and Optimization:Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring business continuity.Manage ERP-related helpdesk support, ensuring quick resolution of system-related problems.Continuously analyze ERP system performance, identifying areas for improvement and enhancement.Oversee data accuracy and consistency across all business units.Team Leadership and Resource Management:Lead and mentor the ERP Specialist and BI Analyst, ensuring efficient workload distribution and professional development.Manage external consultants and service providers to ensure successful project execution within time and budget constraints.Coordinate with other IT functions, including system administration and security teams, to ensure infrastructure readiness and compliance.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in ERP implementation and management, preferably in a multinational environment.Strong understanding of business processes, including finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.Experience in stakeholder management and change management strategies.Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms).Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Experience with business intelligence (BI), warehouse management systems (WMS), and product lifecycle management (PLM) is a plus.Why Join Us?Be a key player in a major ERP transformation project for a leading company.Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration.Lead and influence ERP strategy at a regional level while aligning with global initiatives.Opportunity for professional growth and development in a multinational setting.This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on ERP professional who is passionate about driving digital transformation while ensuring operational efficiency within a structured and dynamic business environment.Perks:We are proud to offer eligible employees a full range of benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage, 401k, paid time off, holidays, and payments toward certain sports activities.Remuneration:Salary will be in the range of $85-$100,000 dependent upon experience.To apply for this position:If you are seeking a position in a company, which fosters and supports health and fitness, personal development, growth, change, responsibility, and overall success please submit your resume.NOTE: Only those applicants under consideration will be contacted.
