Senior Estimator

JOB DESCRIPTIONOur client is looking to hire a Senior Estimator to help build their current estimation department. The Senior Estimator plays a critical role in the pre-construction process, responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining comprehensive project budgets and cost estimates"”including detailed breakdowns and rough order of magnitude (ROM) projections. This position requires a strong understanding of logistics, construction sequencing, and cost modeling to ensure estimates are accurate, logical, and tailored for presentations, project pursuits, and change order evaluations. This is a permanent/direct hire opportunity. Fortunately, this company is an ESOP (employee owned).
