Our team is committed to delivering high-quality services that meet the unique needs of each client.Role DescriptionThis is part-time role for a Behavioral Health Technician/ RBT, located in San Diego, CA with both one on one in-home and in-clinic (center-based) opportunities, that can become full-time over the course of the first few months with ASC. Must be available a minimum of 3 afternoons a week (3-6pm). The role involves implementing behavior intervention plans and therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Day-to-day tasks include collecting data on client progress, assisting in the development of behavior strategies, and providing one-on-one support to individuals with autism in a fun, engaging environment. Effective communication with clients, families, and team members is essential. You will also assist in training caregivers and providing feedback to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
