We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll & HR Administrator with at least 2 years of payroll experience to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle payroll processing (ADP preferred) and provide comprehensive HR support across payroll, recruitment, employee engagement, benefits, training, and compliance. This position plays a vital role in creating a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment for both union and non-union employees.Key Responsibilities:Payroll & HRIS: Process weekly payroll using ADP, including hours, taxes, bonuses, deductions, and terminations.Resolve payroll issues such as garnishments, child support, tax levies, and stop payments. Ensure compliance with union contracts for vacation, sick, and holiday payouts.Maintain accurate payroll and employee records in ADP; coordinate timecards with staffing agencies.Oversee functionality of ADP timekeeping; generate reports for Finance, W-2s, and ACA. Support internal HR and Finance audits; assist with recruitment and LMS reporting.Recruitment & OnboardingLead full-cycle recruitment for both direct hires and temps.Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and equipment setup (badges, keys, fobs).Maintain complete and compliant employee records.Training & DevelopmentCoordinate training and certifications (e.g., FAA, Blue Tuna, Acuity).Maintain training records and administer LMS system.Train employees on timekeeping and HR system usage.Employee RelationsSupport union and non-union employee relations; assist with CBA compliance.Promote a positive work culture and help resolve workplace concerns.Encourage collaboration and professionalism across departments.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 2+ years of HR and payroll experience; union environment preferred.ADP payroll system experience required.Garnishment and weekly payroll experience strongly preferred.Bilingual in Spanish requiredKnowledge of labor law, payroll, and benefit administration.High attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong written/verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.Preferred Qualifications:Payroll or HR certifications (FPC, CPP, PHR) are a plus but not required.Aerospace or manufacturing experience is a strong advantage.
