The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative while thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentThis position offers significant opportunities for growth as our business expands.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & SalesCreate unique, attractive lighting designs for holiday, landscape, and architectural projects.Present and sell lighting concepts to clients, guiding them from design to installation.Customer ServiceServe as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an excellent customer experience.Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term client relationships.Office & Administrative TasksPrepare reports, track project progress, and assist with scheduling.Support general office functions to ensure smooth operations.QualificationsStrong creativity and eye for design.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Highly self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive workplace culture.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Sales or customer-facing experience preferred.Experience in lighting design or related field a plus, but not required.What We OfferSalaried position starting at $40,000 plus incentives.Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement, and more).Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A fun, creative, and team-driven work environment.
