The Assistant Teacher provides support to classroom teachers, maintains a safe and nurturing environment, assists with daily schedules and routines, and supervises children during activities and transitions. Daily responsibilities include aiding in curriculum development, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment, and fostering positive communication with the children, parents, and staff.QualificationsSkills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum DevelopmentKnowledge and experience in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten readinessExcellent Communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentExperience in a preschool setting is a plusRelevant certifications in Early Childhood Education preferred
