Projects include Religous Buildings, Office, and other ground up commercial builds.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects over $10MKey responsibilities:Project Coordination & SafetyLead safety planning, implementation, and complianceManage day-to-day site operations from pre-construction to closeoutMaintain the Site Utilization PlanCoordinate with Project Managers on equipment, submittals, and subcontractor progressDevelop and maintain CPM schedules and narrative updatesDrive schedule adherence and problem-solving with vendors and subcontractorsTrack labor and costs to ensure alignment with project budgetOversee on-site Quality Control ProgramEnsure a clean, organized, and compliant jobsiteDocument and mitigate potential change orders and subcontractor issuesComplete all required site reporting, logs, and schedule updatesTalent Development & Team LeadershipBuild and lead a high-performing field teamSupport learning, development, and career growth for team membersOnboard and train new project staffDeliver consistent coaching and feedback to direct reports
