We are looking for an E-commerce Coordinator who is passionate about beauty, skincare, and digital marketing to join our dynamic team.Role OverviewThe E-commerce Coordinator will play a key role in executing and optimizing online marketing strategies to drive sales, engagement, and brand visibility. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise in paid media, email marketing, and design.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads) to increase traffic and sales.Create, schedule, and analyze email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp or similar platforms).Collaborate with the marketing team to design digital assets (banners, landing pages, newsletters, social media creatives).Assist in the management of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Zoey, Amazon Vendor Central).Track KPIs, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, paid media, or digital marketing.Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platformsExperience with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).Analytical mindset with ability to read data and provide insights.Strong organizational and communication skills.Passion for skincare, beauty, or cosmetics industry (a plus!).What We OfferOpportunity to grow within a fast-expanding international company.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Employee discounts on Sesderma & Mediderma products.Competitive compensation package.How to ApplySend your resume and portfolio (if applicable) to j.mendez@ with the subject line: E-commerce Coordinator Application - [Your Name]
