Senior Healthcare Data Analyst

They're looking for a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst and play a key role in shaping predictive analytics and machine learning systems across the enterprise. This role can be fully remote after on-boarding, but you must reside in the State of California.What You'll Do:Provide analysis and strategic direction for enterprise-wide predictive analytics and machine learning initiatives.Work with healthcare data to identify trends, improve decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency.Develop complex queries, joins, and stored procedures in MS SQL Server to extract meaningful insights.Utilize Excel to perform data analysis, modeling, and reporting.Requirement:Healthcare industry experience (ex: knowledge of claims systems, codes, payment methodology, etc.)Proven experience in analyst rolesStrong MS SQL Server skills (queries, joins, stored procedures)Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysisBonus Points for:Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools such as Power BIKnowledge of Python or R for advanced analyticsFamiliarity with machine learning algorithmsExposure to EZCap
