This position would report to our Director of E-Commerce and help to manage and execute ROMAN's various B2B and B2C internet initiatives.Primary Responsibilities:This position is responsible for helping to develop and to support our various internet initiatives. This position will coordinate our item set-up, manage and maintain products and product information (copy, images, videos) on B2B and B2C sites. This will include monitoring sales performance and providing data-based recommendations to their Director/Management for updates to product selections and inventory adjustments. This person will assist in the marketing of these efforts through the crafting and sending of emails to customers and maintaining of social media presence. This person will adjust the presentation of the site to improve sales and user experience. This person may assist in supporting additional web initiatives, including ROMAN's corporate website and Sales Representative website, ensuring content is current and correct.ROMAN is a team-oriented work environment, so excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are needed. This position must have the ability to carry out instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, write reports and correspondence and speak clearly and professionally to both internal and external customers. ROMAN employees willingly multi-task and help out various departments throughout the year as needed.Position Requirements:2+ years of experience in developing and coordinating B2B and B2C internet activitiesExperience with Shopify preferredHighly motivated, self-reliant and able to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong math aptitude, analytical thinking and attention to detail requiredAdvanced computer skills, with proficiency in Photoshop, HTML and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or MarketingDemonstrate personal integrity and ethical behaviorWork in office 5 days per week
