Dentist - Public HealthLocation: Rockville, Maryland1st Choice is seeking a skilled Public Health Dentist to join our team in Silver Spring, Maryland. In this role, you will apply your expertise in oral care to improve the overall dental health and wellness of the community. You will also engage in research and analysis of oral health issues affecting local populations and collaborate on strategies to enhance health outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive dental care and preventive services to diverse patient populations.Diagnose and treat oral health conditions while promoting preventive care and education.Conduct research on oral health trends and challenges within the community.Collaborate with public health professionals to design and implement programs that improve community dental health outcomes.Educate patients and community members on oral hygiene practices, nutrition, and disease prevention.Qualifications:DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.Current license to practice dentistry in Maryland (or eligibility to obtain one).Experience in public health dentistry or community-focused dental care strongly preferred.Strong communication, collaboration, and patient education skills.About Us:1st Choice is a professional management consulting firm with over 20 years of experience delivering innovative consulting, technology, and staffing solutions to federal and commercial organizations nationwide.We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
