Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing SupportCoordinate with preparation/review of sales reports, presentations, and pricing analysis.Coordinate sales gallery operations, events, and promotional activities.Support CRM updates, reporting, and tracking, along with other sales software tools.Coordinate the execution of strategic sales plansHelp manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.Oversee signage, branding, and operational items tied to sales and marketing strategies.Support reservation launches, prepare legal disclaimers, and assist with compliance documentation.Ongoing Audits: Evaluating Sales, Marketing, and Tools to Identify Strengths and Areas for Improvement Contribute to management agreements and budgeting processes for new construction condominium salesDesign, Construction & Project CoordinationCondo Document Creation & Process ManagementExpedite all legal components: Surveyor, Engineer Reserve Turnover Package, Legal Counsel, Budget Creation.Oversee and organize the entire process, creating a clear timeline to ensure timely completion and the fastest possible conversion.Maintain organized data and documentation for all project processes to support efficiency and compliance.Collaborate with construction teams to review finishes, design elements, and project details aligned with sales objectives.Support amenity space planning, floorplan review, and design adjustments to enhance marketability.Manage tracking project deadlines and ensuring deliverables remain on schedule.Operations & Asset Management SupportAssist with budgets, expense tracking, and financial reporting.Compile market research, unit matrix analysis, sell-out versus PSF comparisons, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.Market Analysis - Comparable Properties. Help prepare, organize, and track contracts, condo documents, and other legal agreements.Support coordination with property management teams on day-to-day operations and expense management.Track and organize operational data including rent procedures, marketing audits, and performance metrics.Audit Legal documents and processes with Greystar to ensure compliance Manage Due Diligence folder with all items: Contracts, Vendors, Permit, Licenses, Softwares and ToolsContribute to management agreements and budgeting processes for asset management.General Administrative SupportManage scheduling, communications, and follow-ups for the VP of Sales & Operations.Attend Meetings on behalf of the VP of Sales & Marketing if unavailableOrganize and maintain files, databases, and software tools.Provide proactive project support, ensuring coordination across teams and external partners.QualificationsBachelor's degree (business, real estate, management, or related field preferred).Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required; MLS familiarity is a plus. A proactive, resourceful, problem solver, positive attitude, willing to learn and team-oriented mindset.
