Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Summary:At A Plus Early Intervention we are committed to providing individualized and developmentally appropriate education and therapeutic services that are based upon a child's strengths and needs. We are actively seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our expanding team. Key Duties and Responsibilities:Write and submit treatment plans as requiredConduct initial skills assessment (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)Create behavior support plans (BSP)Provide direct supervision of BTs/RBTs assigned to cases, incorporating behavioral skills training and specific performance feedback Ensure adherence of each client's treatment program and behavioral protocolsOversee data collection by direct staff and update programming throughout authorizationsOther duties as neededPreferred Qualifications:Active BCBA CertificationLBA credential (or eligible) in New York StateRegular availability on evenings and weekends after school hours for in-person supervision requirementsStaff supervisory experienceExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
