Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support company operations. This role will focus on task management, departmental follow-up, calendar and schedule organization, and ensuring timely reporting and accountability from teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, and can manage daily schedules through strong communication and organizational practices. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage cross-departmental tasks, ensuring timely completion and accountability. Maintain and organize calendars, meetings, and operational schedules. Track, collect, and monitor departmental reports to ensure timely updates and accurate information flow. Follow up with department leads and teams on open items, deadlines, and deliverables. Assist leadership with organizing priorities and aligning departmental efforts with company goals. Develop systems and processes to improve communication and efficiency across operations. Provide general operational support to leadership and department heads as needed. Maintain and organize files ensuring accurate records management. Coordinate regularly with other Executive Assistants when needed, including offsite executive administrative meetings and/or lunches Make travel arrangements and assist with expense reports when needed Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing information and support as needed. Develop, edit, format, and proofread presentation decks Assist in preparation of Microsoft Office365-based deliverables, including processing changes and final format of various documents in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. QualificationsBachelor's degree. 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project/task management software, and calendar systems. Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.EEO
