With a 150-year heritage in delivering industry-leading sleep solutions, we own iconic brands including Serta, Beautyrest, Simmons and Tuft & Needle.What You'll Do:Assists in multiple operations according to established work instructions, covering absences and balancing production in the plant.Includes possessing and maintaining skill sets for multiple positions to provide manufacturing flexibility.Perform duties as outlined in established Job Safety Analysis and National Quality Standards and meet established hourly production goals.Organize and/or stock raw materials in the work area, follow departmental housekeeping requirements, and leave the work environment and equipment clean at the end of shift.Perform other duties as designated by a supervisor or manager. How You'll Do It: Ability to sort items along with good organizational skillsGood hand/eye coordinationDemonstrated proficiency in at least three positions.Must be able to comprehend and follow work instructions, loading schedules and production tickets. Must be able to understand and follow verbal instructions; communicate with coworkers and management clearly and respectfully; and work in an ever-changing, fast-paced team environment. What You'll Bring: 5+ years of Supervisor experience 5+ years of Manufacturing Experience Basic ability to read and write EnglishMust be at least 18 years of ageDemonstrated ability and willingness to work safely, take initiative, multi-task, and work both independently and as a part of a team. Work experience with pneumatic tools and/or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
