Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced full-time Project Manager to oversee the coordination and management of architectural, engineering, and interior design disciplines from project inception through completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients on multiple projects, ensuring effective communication, adherence to schedules, and compliance with established standards, practices, and policies. The Project Manager will plan all aspects of project definition, scheduling, and budgeting while representing the firm with professionalism and expertise.Key Responsibilities:Maintain project schedules and budgets, taking proactive measures to resolve challenges.Prepare weekly project reports, updates, and schedules; attend all project meetings.Coordinate conceptual, design, and technical reviews across all disciplines.Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with quality control procedures.Manage large-scale projects including Senior Living, Multi-Family, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care facilities (both new construction and renovation) nationwide.Qualifications:Licensed Architect in the State of Florida preferred, but not required.Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.Self-motivated team leader with extensive experience across all phases of architecture and engineering.10+ years of experience with AHCA projects.10+ years of experience in senior management.10+ years of experience in multi-family projects.15+ years of experience managing large-scale healthcare, assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, and senior living facility projects with a proven portfolio across the United States.Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.Additional Notes:This opportunity is with a well-established, award-winning firm recognized for excellence in architecture, engineering, and interior design.
