The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff, and maintain the high standards of the clinic. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, overseeing financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing schedules, and coordinating with medical professionals. The General Manager will also play a key role in fostering a positive and professional environment for both clients and staff. They will have a number of staff reporting to them including our social media lead and events / partnerships coordinator. We are very focused on a hyperlocale approach to marketing so getting heavily involved with local Westchester events would be key. QualificationsManagement and leadership skills, including team management and staff coordinationExperience with marketing strategies, financial oversight, and operational managementUnderstanding of, and compliance with, relevant medical and safety regulationsExcellent customer service and client relationship management skillsStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeExperience in the medical aesthetics industry is a plusA local to the Scarsdale / Bronxville and /or Westchester area would be a big plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
