Post Production Supervisor

A leading creative operations team is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Post Production Consultant to help assess and modernize legacy workflows. This role is ideal for a seasoned post producer or production manager with a strong grasp of post production systems, change management, and emerging technologies (especially AI). The consultant will embed within the department to bring clarity, efficiency, and innovation to the post production pipeline.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in post production, ideally in a managerial or producer-level roleDeep familiarity with AVID, Premiere, and other post toolsDemonstrated success in change management, especially within creative or broadcast environmentsAbility to navigate union-related considerations (bonus points for prior union experience)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills"”comfortable asking questions, challenging norms, and building trustCompensation$60 to 70/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
