Property Manager

Your new companyHays is partnered with a well-known Real Estate firm, who is looking to add a Property Manager to oversee a luxury shopping center located in West Palm Beach.Your new roleComplete property inspections & maintenance assessments on-sitePrepare monthly reports including financial statements, operating and leasing metrics and occupancy and lease expiration statusOversee Capital & Tenant Improvement Planning and CoordinationCommunicate regularly with and manage site vendors and contractorsPrepare vendor contracts, reports, and other related documentsManage and oversee tenant space buildouts/improvements in order to maintain a high quality of construction and to ensure compliance with construction drawings, including conducting meetings with architects, construction contractors, and tenantsWhat you'll need to succeedYou will need a minimum of 5 years property management experience in Commercial Real Estate (Retail- luxury shopping centers)Excellent communication & organizational skillsExperience managing a team (recruitment, onboarding, training & development)Proficient in Yardi, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, ETC.)Experience with financials (budgets, reports, Capx, Etc.)CPM or RPA designation preferred (Not required)What you'll get in returnWe offer a very competitive salary, plus bonus along with Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life and AD&D insurance.
