Estimator - Industrial FlooringAxis Solutions, a well-established commercial industrial flooring company, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for construction, a keen eye for detail, and strong analytical skills, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities· Review project drawings, specifications, and requirements to accurately prepare job estimates· Conduct site visits and assess project conditions as needed· Collaborate with field management, and installation teams· Prepare and submit comprehensive proposals and quotations to clients detailing scope of proposal and exclusions· Track and manage ongoing bids, revisions, and client communications· Manage submittals and ensure all required documentation is provided and approved in a timely manner· Coordinate project scheduling to meet deadlines and client expectations· Oversee product procurement, ensuring materials are sourced and delivered according to project needs· Prepare and manage change order pricing, ensuring adjustments are accurately reflected, communicated and approvedQualifications· Experience in estimating for industrial flooring or related construction fields preferred· Strong mathematical and analytical abilities· Excellent communication and organizational skills· Proficiency with Bluebeam Revue for takeoff and Microsoft Office Suite for estimate and proposals· Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlinesWhy Work with Axis Solutions?· Competitive salary with benefits and commission package· Supportive and collaborative work environment· Opportunities for professional growth and advancement· Be part of a company known for quality, safety, and innovation in industrial flooringHow to ApplyReady to take the next step in your career?
