Receptionist

Summary:As a Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.Resource's typical working day:Front Desk OperationsServe as the first point of contact for anyone entering the building.Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at the reception area.Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.Guest & Visitor ManagementGreet and assist guests, clients, and visitors upon arrival.Provide directions or escort them to their meeting locations.Ensure all visitors are properly signed in and accounted for.Customer Service & SupportRespond to inquiries with a helpful and courteous attitude.Maintain a high level of service to reflect the company's standards.Badge & Access AssistanceHelp visitors and temporary staff with badge creation and access setup.Ensure security protocols are followed during check-in and check-out.Meeting Room CoordinationManage bookings for conference and meeting rooms.Ensure rooms are prepared and equipped for scheduled meetings.Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience and/or related fieldEducation : At least GED/HS diploma Software skills:MS 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Outlook (Email management, calendar scheduling)MS Teams (Chat, meetings, collaboration)Basic Computer Functions (File management, printing, internet browsing)About Us:Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
