This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who is passionate about property operations, resident satisfaction, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Regional Manager to meet financial goals through analysis and reportingMaintain property quality, curb appeal, and conduct routine inspectionsAddress resident concerns and ensure compliance with housing laws and regulationsSupport maintenance programs and assist in executing capital improvement projectsImplement leasing strategies and manage site-specific marketing plansDeliver exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and stakeholdersFoster a positive work environment aligned with company objectivesQualifications:Minimum 4 years of experience in Property ManagementStrong analytical and multitasking abilitiesHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesWhy Join Us?
