A New Jersey-based pharma company is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new Administrative Assistant to their team.This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.Responsibilities:Assist in preparing and processing task orders and agreementsSupport contract execution workflows, ensuring accuracy and timely routingCoordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Procurement, Finance) for contract reviews and approvalsMaintain tracking systems for contract and task order status updatesUtilize SAP to process purchase orderArrange domestic and international travel for team membersBook hotels, flights, and local transportation in accordance with corporate travel policyMaintain travel itineraries and support expense reconciliation when requiredOrganize team workshops, department meetings, and cross-functional eventsCoordinate catering orders and luncheon setup for in-person sessionsManage venue bookings and technical logistics (AV, supplies, agendas, etc.)Maintain contract and task order files in shared drives or document systemsTrack deadlines and assist in follow-up communicationProvide general support to the team as needed during peak workload periodsQualifications:1+ year of Administrative experienceHigh School Diploma / GEDExperience of working with tools like SAP, Word, Outlook, SharePoint etc.Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProfessional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentialityDesired Skills:Associate's and/or Bachelor's DegreeWorking knowledge of SAP System Support
