We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our production team. Reporting to the Manufacturing Line Lead, this role is responsible for supporting the manufacturing of our fluid management products. The Manufacturing Operator will perform a variety of hands-on production activities while ensuring that safety, quality, and production goals are consistently achieved.Key Responsibilities:Perform production tasks such as kitting parts, cutting tubing and polymer film, and assembling components.Read and follow design drawings and work instructions accurately.Apply both basic and advanced assembly techniques with precision.Conduct detailed visual inspections to maintain quality standards.Operate manual and automated machinery safely and efficiently.Complete packaging, labeling, and documentation activities.Adhere to all safety protocols and use required PPE.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required.2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly role (training provided).Basic arithmetic and measurement skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to use hand tools and operate production equipment, including tasks requiring repetitive gripping, pushing, and pulling.Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.Ability to frequently lift up to 30 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.Willingness to follow chemical hygiene and safety procedures.
