For more than 200 years, they have been transforming the lives of people every day with our customized plastics: they reduce the weight of cars, make medication packaging more secure and improve industrial applications.2nd and 3rd 8 hour shifts available including a shift differentialWhat They Offer: Benefits at DAY ONEFull Medical, Dental, Vision401k MatchPaid HolidaysRelocation assistance for qualified candidatesWhat You Need: Five years of maintenance experience including mechanical, electrical and hydraulic.Must have experience with automotive 2-shot injection molding and Engel equipment preferred.Able to perform in a production environment, operate heavy equipment, operate forklift, work around and operate cranes, and work directly with high voltage electronics.Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipWhat Your Role Will Look Like: Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems of Injection Molding equipment.Must be able to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematicsWorking knowledge of PLC's.Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic repairs and fabrication.Plan and follow thru all maintenance and facilities activities.Maintain machine, secondary equipment, facilities preventative maintenance schedules.Track and maintain inventory levels in maintenance.Implement activities for cost savings and better machine and secondary equipment utilization.ISO 14001 and TS16949 familiarityWorking knowledge of costing, controlling assets and maintain within budget restraints.
