Mental Health Therapist (Contractual - Hybrid)Mindful Healing Works - MarylandMindful Healing Works is an OMHC in Baltimore County offering integrated mental healthservices with a mind-body approach to care. Our services for adults and children include:? Individual, family, couples, and group therapy? Integrated psychiatry and medication management? Psychiatric rehabilitation programming (PRP)? A state-of-the-art Mind Spa, offering holistic tools for stress reduction and emotionalhealingMindful Healing Works is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team insupporting the emotional, mental, and physical well-being of our clients. We're looking forsomeone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team and values working in a client-centered,supportive environment.Responsibilities for Mental Health Therapist:? Provide individual, family, or couples counseling to adults and/or children,maintaining an average of at least 25 scheduled sessions each week.? Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment in accordance withlegal and ethical standards.? Assess clients' level of functioning and determine diagnostic criteria met throughreview of mental health records, clinical assessment, and collaboration with other teammembers.? Develop and implement person-centered, individualized treatment plans based ondiagnostic assessments, clinical expertise, and knowledge of evidence-based practices.? Provide appropriate internal and external referrals to additional services, communityresources or specialists as necessary.? Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic, client-centeredcare.Qualifications:? Must be licensed in the State of Maryland to provide mental health services, with orwithout supervision? Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment with thisagency? Strong communication and active listening skills.? Proven ability to build rapport and therapeutic alliance with clients.? Compassionate, client-centered approach to care.? Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.? Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize.? Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.? Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Position Details:? Contractual, fee-for-service position (1099) at $35-$60 per session based on experienceand availability? Available liability insurance reimbursement? Available continuing education reimbursement? Available no-cost individual and group clinical supervision? All billing and coding provided by MHW? Hybrid option with some remote days
