Warehouse ManagerThe Warehouse Manager leads all aspects of warehouse fulfillment operations, E-commerce preferred.Warehouse OperationsDirect daily warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products via UPS and DHL.Using KPI's to improve proceses preferred.Inventory ManagementDrive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and shrink reduction initiatives.Monitor stock levels of all products to ensure product availability and minimize backorders.Partner with purchasing and sales teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory flow and warehouse space.Team LeadershipSupervise and coach warehouse personnel, setting clear expectations, KPIs, and safety/quality standards.Manage staffing needs, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance reviews.Promote a collaborative, accountable team culture built on communication and problem solving.Shipping & LogisticsEnsure on-time and shipping via UPS, DHLManage inbound, putaway, inventory and outbound logistics, including scheduling, claims, and carrier relationships.Qualifications5+ years of warehouse management experience; E-commerce fulfillment experience preferredProficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) UPS/DHL).Proven ability to manage peak seasonal order volumes with accuracy and urgency.Skilled in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
