Senior Estimator - Civil/Site DevelopmentKissimmee, FLTrillium Construction is seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator for a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a leading site development contractor based in the Kissimmee, Florida area.This contractor specializes in grading and earthwork projects ranging from 5 to 60 acres and offers a full suite of site services including erosion control, clearing, grading, sanitary and storm sewer installation, water line work, as well as paving, curbing, and wall construction.Position Overview:The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids for civil sitework projects. The ideal candidate has proven experience in estimating site development projects and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents to determine full scope of workPerform detailed takeoffs using Agtek or similar software for volume and quantity calculationsSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricingPrepare and submit comprehensive bid proposals with qualifications and clarificationsTrack and price change orders as neededCollaborate with operations teams to ensure estimates are aligned with project execution goalsCompensation & Benefits:Annual salary up to $140,000, based on experienceVehicle allowance401(k) plan with company matchingFully company-funded employee health insuranceOptional dental, vision, and disability coverageCompany-paid life insurancePaid time off and holiday payAdvancement opportunities in a team-focused environmentMinimum Qualifications:Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and WordCivil/site development estimating experience (grading, erosion control, utilities, etc.)Ability to perform takeoffs and read/interpret site plansPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with HCSS HeavyBid or similar estimating softwareBackground in project or field management a plus
