Property Preservation Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Property Preservation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing professional relationships with vendors and clients across the U.S., ensuring properties are protected and preserved in compliance with client requirements. You will oversee vendor performance, review work orders, and support workflow efficiency to consistently meet company goals and deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Manage vendor and client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.Review, audit, and track submitted work orders to ensure accuracy and completion.Negotiate costs with vendors within established guidelines.Assess vendor performance for quality assurance and compliance.Oversee workflow timeliness and efficiency to meet client and company expectations.Maintain a working knowledge of property foreclosure processes and FHA conveyance requirements.Assist with sourcing and onboarding new vendors when needed.Consistently achieve or exceed company goals and deadlines.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of 1 year of property preservation and FHA conveyance experience preferred.Prior outside sales or customer service experience strongly preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.Experience working with Aspen software highly desired.Bilingual skills a plus.
